From brain injury to cognitive outcome after stroke Lesion-disconnectome modelling for individualized prediction Sujet (PDF)
Develop an interpretable machine-learning framework linking post-stroke brain injury to cognitive function. The project will combine focal lesion information from MRI, lesion-induced structural disconnection (the disconnectome), and available clinical variables to predict global and domain-specific cognitive outcomes at follow-up.
